Why is my progress different on two different devices?

Let’s have a look at how to synchronize your progress across different devices.

Pick the device you have made the most progress on. Open the game and connect to your Crown account. Now, to back-up the progress to our servers simply open the “Settings” or “Profile” menu and then close it. You will need an active internet connection during the uploading and downloading process. Also, please make sure your phone is not in Airplane mode.

Now, you are ready.
-Pick any device with the Match 4 Crush app installed and start the game.
-If you are not already logged in, then log-in to your Crown account.

Your progress will be synchronized.

If you are still stuck, you can always refresh the device by:
-Logging out of your Crown account.
-Close the game.
-Turn your device off.
-Wait for 15 seconds
-Switch your device back on again
-Reopen the game and log back into your Crown account

If there are still problems, you may need to get help from Android or Apple to fix internet and Wi-Fi connection problems.
