It is essential to consider carefully whether or not to delete your account. At present we do not share any of your information with third parties, if that changes in the future we will inform you. Your profile sits peacefully preserved on our servers with only one purpose, to remember the hard work you have put into our game. What is gained by deleting it? Should you decide to delete and then return to our game you will be forced to start at level 1, with no Gold Bars.
If you do not have a Crown account it means we don’t hold any of your information, so you can just delete the Match 4 Crush app from your device.
To delete your account, please contact us at support@heavensbee.games, header “permanently delete my account”. When we receive your request we will need additional information and send you an email with the requisite details. Until the request to delete your account is completed, we will keep in touch.
Once the steps are fulfilled, the appropriate department will proceed with removing all your player information from our records.
