New phone or tablet? Here is how to move your progress!

Playing the game on a new device is exciting, but first you need to set everything up.

Don’t worry, transfering your Gold Bars and game progress is simple.

If you already have a Crown account, then just start the game on your new device and log-in using your email and password. All done!

If you do not already have a Crown account, then:

-open the game on your old device and choose the “Sign up with email” option.

-Enter your email and choose a password, and that’s it – you now have a Crown account

-Next, open the game on your new device and tap the “Save progress” icon.

-Then tap the “Already have an account” button.

-Remember the email and password you just entered on the old device? Enter both now on your new device and click “Log In”.

Voila! all your Gold Bars and game progress should be transferred to your newest device.

Your progress will continue to be synchronized between all your logged in devices.

If, for some reason, the game progress and Gold Bars do not transfer, contact us and we will help you get them back.

And there is good news, if you still have your old device, then you will still have your game progress and Gold Bars there!
