Plum is the protagonist of the game. She is the character played by the game’s users. She is a small but spriteful girl who is always encouraging. True, she will be sad if you fail a level, but she will be extra joyful if you pass.

Foxy is the deuteragonist of the game. She accompanies Plum on their journey through Candy Land. She is scholarly and believes her knowledge will help Plum to discover the many treats Candy Land has to offer.

Dakota is a horse, who belongs to no one, but wishes to help Plum and Foxy blaze their way through Candy Land. Also, Dakota has a sweet tooth, and wishes to taste all the dainty treats herself.

The BonBon Burglar is a shady character, for a long time stealing candies from all over Candy Land. He shares a love for candies with Plum and follows her mostly out of curiosity.

Owl hovers over all of Candy Land, never too involved in its dealings. Owl particularly enjoys watching Plum on her journey and secretly routes for her success.

Jean-Claude wants everyone to come to Candy Land to try the tasty treats. He spends all of his time announcing to everyone how great Candy Land is.

Whaley is not from Candy Land, but when he visits he brings lots of Gold Bars to trade for lots of delicious desserts.
